The leader spoke after his team won La Liga, the first league title after the Argentine left the institution in 2021.

Laporta acknowledged that he spoke with the Albiceleste captain to negotiate his return.

Lionel Messi's contract with PSG ends on June 30 and he has already confirmed that he will not renew with the French club.
