On RAE Argentina to the World we talked to Allan Johansen, a Danish cook who met his Argentine partner Mariela in 2005 at the Inka Trail. Since then, the couple (and their two kids) have lived in both Argentina and Denmark.

In 2014 he settled in BA, where he runs Nórdica Smørrebrød, a shop that specializes in Danish food, particularly, this kind of open sandwich typical of the Scandinavian nation.
