Opposition falls apart over run-off options

The opposition coalition Together for Change fell apart over the stance to take in the November 19 runoff election between Sergio Massa and Javier Milei.

The former presidential candidate of the space, Patricia Bullrich, who came third in last Sunday's elections, expressed her support to the libertarian candidate.

For the former Minister of Security, it is impossible to be neutral, and the priority is to remove Kirchnerism from power, a position she shares with former President Mauricio Macri.

But other partners of Juntos por el Cambio expressed their rejection to this decision, which they complained wasn’t agreed on previously.

The UCR party expressed its opposition to the two options, Massa and Milei, and gave freedom of action.

In the same sense, the Mayor of the city of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, former ally of Macri, who considered that Milei is "a leap into the void".
