The 83,000 tickets for the match between Argentina and Panama at the River Plate stadium in Buenos Aires were sold out in just two hours.

The queue for tickets had reached almost 1.5 million people.

The friendly on 23 March will be the first time the national team has played since winning the world championship in Qatar.

Five days later, the Albiceleste will play another match at the Madre de Ciudades stadium in Santiago del Estero against Curacao.
