The father of two of the Argentines kidnapped by Hamas assured that "they are alive".

He learned this from hostages released in the last few hours as a result of the agreement between Israel and the Islamist group.

Argentine-Israeli journalist Itzik Horn spoke about his sons, Yair and Eitan Horn, captured during the attack of last October 7.

In an audio message accessed by the Télam news agency, Horn revealed that the young men shared captivity in the Gaza tunnels with some of the freed hostages.

"The boys are indeed well, they are alive, which is the most important thing," says their father.
